Ca’ Lucrezia was born in 2016 from the desire to experience Venice in a different way, not as a city to put on display for tourists, but as a place to share with those who truly want to get to know it.
Just a few minutes on foot from Venice Santa Lucia train station, in the still authentic Cannaregio district, Ca’ Lucrezia is a small, family run guesthouse set inside a recently renovated historic building.
We have kept the soul of the original palazzo, wooden staircases, exposed beams, cosy spaces, and no lift, just like in real Venetian homes.
The building has 10 bright, welcoming rooms, furnished with great attention to detail and enriched with touches that speak of Venice. Each room is named after a sestiere, the word used for the districts that make up Venice’s historic centre.

STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM
Simple, comfortable and welcoming
Our two Standard rooms are the ideal choice if you are looking for a practical stay, without giving up comfort and a great location.
Set on the second floor and accessible only by stairs, they are available with either a double bed or twin beds. Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi Fi.
What makes them unique is the carpeted floor, which adds a warm, soft feel to the room, perfect if you love a more traditional atmosphere.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you will also find a mini fridge and a kettle with a small selection of tea, herbal infusions, and coffee. A simple touch that lets you unwind in your room after a day spent wandering through Venice’s little streets and squares.

You can choose either a double bed plus a single bed, or three single beds, depending on what suits you best
